n="0374a11"/><cb:div type="commentary"><p xml:id="pX39p0181a1401">相似法者。实非正法。有似正法。譬如紫之夺朱。郑 <lb ed="X" n="0181a15"/><lb ed="R061" n="0374a12"/>声之乱雅乐。此即名为谤菩萨藏。非必毁骂而後 <lb ed="X" n="0181a16"/><lb ed="R061" n="0374a13"/>谓之谤也。又设毁骂。罪犹稍轻。以不能惑乱人故。 <lb ed="X" n="0181a17"/><lb ed="R061" n="0374a14"/>说相似法。其罪更重。以最能疑误人故。而此炽燃 <lb ed="X" n="0181a18"/><lb ed="R061" n="0374a15"/>建立相似法者。凡有二类。一者若心自解。谓意见 <lb ed="X" n="0375a17"/>乱。不病壞心也。<persName>佛</persName>在世及<persName>佛</persName>塔庙者。总擧<persName>佛</persName>宝为 <lb ed="X" n="0181c09"/><lb ed="R061" n="0375a18"/>所供境也。法者。金口所宣。经卷者。贝葉所传。菩萨 <lb ed="X" n="0181c10"/><lb ed="R061" n="0375b01"/>修多罗藏者。别指大乘经典。菩萨摩怛理迦藏者。 <lb ed="X" n="0181c11"/><lb ed="R061" n="0375b02"/>别指大乘论释。此总擧法宝为所供境也。比丘僧 <lb ed="X" n="0181c12"/><lb ed="R061" n="0375b03"/>者。出世仪表。住持勝福田相。十方世界大菩萨众 <lb ed="X" n="0181c13"/><lb ed="R061" n="0375b04"/>者。三贤十圣。影响神通。形无定准。志在菩提。此总 <lb ed="X" n="0181c14"/><lb ed="R061" n="0375b05"/>擧僧宝为所供境也。住戒菩萨。于三宝境。每一日 <lb ed="X" n="0181c15"/><lb ed="R061" n="0375b06"/>夜之中。必应三业供养。身业极少。亦须一礼。口业 <lb ed="X" n="0181c16"/><lb ed="R061" n="0375b07"/>极少。亦须一偈赞歎。意业极少。亦须一念净心。若 <lb ed="X" n="0181c17"/><lb ed="R061" n="0375b08"/>幷此极少供养亦不能修。则犯突吉罗罪。言众多 <lb ed="X" n="0181c18"/><lb ed="R061" n="0375b09"/>犯。即上文所谓众多突吉罗法也。就此众多犯中。 <lb ed="X" n="0181c19"/><lb ed="R061" n="0375b10"/>有二分别。一者是染汚起。或翻重垢。应向人忏。二 <lb ed="X" n="0181c20"/><lb ed="R061" n="0375b11"/>者非染汚起。或翻轻垢。应自责心。入净心地菩萨 <lb ed="X" n="0181c21"/><lb ed="R061" n="0375b12"/>者。若约通教。则是见地以上。若约别接通義。则是 <lb ed="X" n="0181c22"/><lb ed="R061" n="0375b13"/>初欢喜地。若约实義。则是别初住。圆初信。断分别 <lb ed="X" n="0181c23"/><lb ed="R061" n="0375b14"/>惑。位齐初果。故云如得不壞净比丘也。比丘若证 <lb ed="X" n="0181c24"/><lb ed="R061" n="0375b15"/>初果。则于三宝及戒得不壞净。故名常以真法供 <pb ed="X" xml:id="X39.0702.0182a" n="0182a"/> <lb ed="X" n="0182a01"/><lb ed="R061" n="0375b16"/>养三宝。菩萨入净心地。应知亦尔。纵令身口不行 <lb ed="X" n="0182a02"/><lb ed="R061" n="0375b17"/>礼赞。而心恒不违偝<persName>佛</persName>法僧也<note place="inline">于<persName>佛</persName>得不壞净。寧捨身命。终不归于 <lb ed="X" n="0182a03"/><lb ed="R061" n="0375b18"/>外道天神。于法得不壞净。假使以邪法窜入正法。能辨其邪。假使以正法混入邪法。能识其正。终不依于 <lb ed="X" n="0182a04"/><lb ed="R061" n="0376a01"/>外道典籍。于僧得不壞净。见勝義及淸净僧。恭敬亲近。见哑羊及无惭僧。怜愍摄护。不生憍慢及退堕心。 <lb ed="X" n="0182a05"/><lb ed="R061" n="0376a02"/>终不依于外道邪众。于戒得不壞净。寧捨身命。终不毁犯所受诸<persName>佛</persName>净戒</note>。</p> <lb ed="X" xml:id="pX39p0182a0701">若菩萨。多欲不知足。贪著财物是名为犯众多犯。是 <lb ed="X" n="0182a08"/><lb ed="R061" n="0376a05"/>犯染汚起。不犯者。为断彼故。起欲方便摄受对治<note place="inline">而无 <lb ed="X" n="0182a09"/><lb ed="R061" n="0376a06"/>奈</note>。性利烦恼更数数起。</p></cb:div> <lb ed="X" n="0182a10"/><lb ed="R061" n="0376a07"/><cb:div type="commentary"><p xml:id="pX39p0182a1001">习所成性。各有偏重。如好财好色好名好食等。菩 <lb ed="X" n="0182a11"/><lb ed="R061" n="0376a08"/>萨既知生平烦恼习性。何者最为猛利。必当断之。 <lb ed="X" n="0182a12"/><lb ed="R061" n="0376a09"/>为断彼故。必于<persName>佛</persName>法起善乐欲。思惟种种方便。摄 <lb ed="X" n="0182a13"/><lb ed="R061" n="0376a10"/>受而对治之。如多贪者。修不净观。多嗔者。修慈悲 <lb ed="X" n="0182a14"/><lb ed="R061" n="0376a11"/>观等。若<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_add_0182a1401" n="0182a1401"/><anchor xml:id="beg0182a1401" n="0182a1401"/>已<anchor n="0376b08"/>慢者。轻他。嗔恨者。心怀恼恚。乱心者。得心乱病。决 <lb ed="X" n="0182b06"/><lb ed="R061" n="0376b09"/>定论时者。评论正法律时。馀幷可知。问。第一戒中。 <lb ed="X" n="0182b07"/><lb ed="R061" n="0376b10"/>懒惰懈怠结染汚起。今何结非染汚起耶。答。住戒 <lb ed="X" n="0376b15"/><cb:div type="orig"><p xml:id="pX39p0182b1201">若菩萨。檀越来请。若至自舍。若至寺内。若至馀家。若 <lb ed="X" n="0182b13"/><lb ed="R061" n="0376b16"/>施衣食种种众具。菩萨以嗔慢心。不受不往。是名为 <lb ed="X" n="0182b14"/><lb ed="R061" n="0376b17"/>犯众多犯。是犯染汚起。不犯者。若病。若无力。若狂。若 <lb ed="X" n="0182b15"/><lb ed="R061" n="0376b18"/>远处。若道路恐怖难。若知不受令彼调伏捨恶住善。 <lb ed="X" n="0182b16"/><lb ed="R061" n="0377a01"/>若先受请。若修善法不欲暂废。为欲得闻未曾有法 <lb ed="X" ed="R061" n="0377a18"/>懈怠。犯非染汚起。不犯者。若外道求短。若重病。若狂。 <lb ed="X" n="0182c10"/><lb ed="R061" n="0377b01"/>若知不说令彼调伏。若所修法未善通利。若知前人 <lb ed="X" n="0182c11"/><lb ed="R061" n="0377b02"/>不能敬顺。威仪不整。若彼钝根。闻深妙法。生怖畏心。 n="0182c18"/><lb ed="R061" n="0377b09"/><cb:div type="orig"><p xml:id="pX39p0182c1801">若菩萨。于兇恶犯戒众生。以嗔恨心。若自捨。若遮他 <lb ed="X" n="0182c19"/><lb ed="R061" n="0377b10"/>令捨。不教化者。是名为犯众多犯。是犯染汚起。若懒 <lb ed="X" n="0182c20"/><lb ed="R061" n="0377b11"/>惰懈怠。若忘<note place="inline">误故</note>遮他<note place="inline">令捨</note>犯非染汚起。何以故。菩萨于 <lb ed="X" n="0182c21"/><lb ed="R061" n="0377b12"/>恶人所。起慈悲心。深于善人。不犯者。若狂。若知不说 ed="R061" n="0377b16"/>子。而于病者。尤偏怜也。</p> <lb ed="X" n="0183a02"/><lb ed="R061" n="0377b17"/><p xml:id="pX39p0183a0201">△第八不同声闻戒。此有二意。一者护众生戒。应 <lb ed="X" n="0183a03"/><lb ed="R061" n="0377b18"/>须同学。不同则犯。二者少方便戒。不应同学。同 <lb ed="X" n="0183a04"/><lb ed="R061" n="0378a01"/>学则犯也。</p></cb:div> <lb ed="X" n="0183a05"/><lb ed="R061" n="0378a02"/><cb:div type="orig"><p xml:id="pX39p0183a0501">若菩萨。于<persName>如来</persName>波罗提木叉中。毘尼建立遮罪。护众 <lb ed="X" n="0183a06"/><lb ed="R061" n="0378a03"/>生故。令不信者信。信者增廣。同声闻学<note place="inline">此指菩萨比丘。既为出家 <lb ed="X" n="0183a07"/><lb ed="R061" n="0378a04"/>人。便应同出家法也</note>。何以故。声闻者。乃至<note place="inline">不过</note>自度。乃至<note place="inline">亦须</note>不離 <lb ed="X" n="0183a08"/><lb ed="R061" n="0378a05"/>护他<note place="inline">欲</note>令不信者信。信者增廣<note place="inline">而</note>学<note place="inline">诸比丘</note>戒。何况菩 <lb ed="X" n="0183a09"/><lb ed="R061" n="0378a06"/>萨<note place="inline">自他兼利之</note>。第一義度<note n="0379b08"/>不得任尼代索食。不得学家受食。不得恐处受食。 <lb ed="X" n="0183c18"/><lb ed="R061" n="0379b09"/>不得不齐整著衣。不得反抄衣入白衣舍。乃至人 <lb ed="X" n="0183c19"/><lb ed="R061" n="0379b10"/>持杖剑刀盖等不得为说法。如此二百五十戒中。 <lb ed="X" n="0183c20"/><lb ed="R061" n="0379b11"/>但除少利少作少方便之六戒。其馀二百四十四 <lb ed="X" n="0183c21"/><lb ed="R061" n="0379b12"/>戒。悉皆同学。若不学者。仍同比丘结罪。以是菩萨 <lb ed="X" n="0183c22"/><lb ed="R061" n="0184c02"/><lb ed="R061" n="0381a11"/>烦恼。譬如火中莲花。是最为难也。设非百千万倍 <lb ed="X" n="0184c03"/><lb ed="R061" n="0381a12"/>深乐涅槃畏厌烦恼。何能涉有漏而不起烦恼过 <lb ed="X" n="0184c04"/><lb ed="R061" n="0381a13"/>患耶。倘不畏厌烦恼。则是以染汚心受生死果。不 <lb ed="X" n="0184c05"/><lb ed="R061" n="0381a14"/>久必当迷失大菩提道。其为倒说甚矣。然不名为 <lb ed="X" n="0184c06"/><lb ed="R061" n="0381a15"/>波罗夷者。亦约下中品言之耳。若决起此增上执 <lb ed="X"
